I accept custom orders only for jewelry pieces shown on the website that are available for sale at retail prices.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax will be added to your purchase total after you place an order. Payment must be made before I start working on your custom order. Turnaround time is 10 days, excluding weekends.
Payment for domestic and international orders must be made through PayPal.
I do not accept returns or offer exchanges for individual items, since all products available for sale at retail prices are handmade.
Monetary refunds will be made via PayPal only. We subtract $20 from our refund to customers for counting beads and restocking our inventory.
Customers can cancel their order within four business days of placing it to obtain a refund minus $20. Once an item has been shipped, no monetary refund will be made to customers.

I ship via UPS Canada, delivery typically takes 2 days, and a tracking number will be provided for all orders within Canada.
I do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Customers residing in the United States or other foreign countries, please e-mail your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. include your first and last name and your complete address with zip code. Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes. State clearly the name of the product you wish to purchase, your coupon code (if any) and your e-mail address and phone number. I will use your shipping address to calculate the shipping cost and will send you an e-mail with an invoice stating the total cost. Once I receive your payment, I will process your order.
